The accuser says Chris (Oney) became sexually involved with her online when she was 16 and he was 22. She says he had sex with her in a hotel room when she was 17 and he was 23. She says he groomed her and took advantage of her, knew it was wrong, and pressured her to keep it a secret. She was a fan at the time.
16 was the legal age of consent in both jurisdictions, though questions remain regarding digital communications, drawings, and transportation across state lines. The accuser says she submitted her evidence to the authorities first.
Newgrounds owner Tom Fulp has deleted Chris’ account on the site due to his silence on the matter. The accuser says she hopes the account is archived so it can be reinstated if he breaks his silence. Jeff (JohnnyUtah) has defended Tom Fulp, hinting that Tom tried to contact Chris privately first.
What's confirmed?
Raw photos from Chris’ DSLR camera prove they met up IRL in a hotel room when she was 17 and he was 23. The photos show them cuddling in bed together, and she’s wearing his pants in some of them as well. These photos are how we discovered the identity of the accuser (they were censored at first).
In 2013, when the accuser was 16, she publicly posted about Skyping with Chris.

What's up in the air?
The accuser has provided screenshots of her Facebook and Snapchat messages where they seem to be sexting, discussing the relationship, and discussing the pressure she was under to keep it a secret. Some of these screenshots appear to show Chris knowing he was doing something wrong. The accuser has also shared evidence indicating that Zach was lied to about the relationship while Niall was made aware. This lines up with evidence people believe Stamper shared on the Sleepycabin subreddit.
The person who leaked the uncensored hotel photos also shared a drawing of the accuser masturbating, stating that the drawing was created by Chris. We will not include the drawing here since it would be considered CSAM if legitimate, though we will note that Chris has defended drawn CSAM of real children in the past.
The accuser has stated that the leaks drip-feeding evidence to us were not sanctioned by her.
Argument against the accuser
Outside of believing that the screenshots and recordings are fake, the biggest thing against her right now is who helped her boost these allegations. Some of the people the accuser trusted have shown themselves to be flawed at best, and cynical opportunists at worst.
One of these people is Chris’ crazy ex named Mika (Kamikaze Shortbus), who put on a fake cop costume and treated the whole thing like a joke. This woman admits she just wants to hurt Chris however she can.
The other helper is the accuser’s crazy ex, who says he witnessed Chris pressuring the accuser to keep the secret, but did so in a pretty hard to watch schizo rant that made the accuser look like she was manipulated by him.
The accuser vehemently denies that she was manipulated into sharing her story by anyone.
Argument in favor of the accuser
The accuser herself has not displayed the same behavior as her helpers. She seemingly trusted anyone who was willing to help her without considering how bad they could make her look. Overall, she’s been pretty quiet on both her public and private accounts, only sharing a few updates here and there to clarify things.
She says she's willing to talk to Chris' friends if they get in touch with her, and an artist who frequently collaborates with Lyle Rath has backed up the accuser, saying they knew about this for years.
As of right now, the accuser has not been caught lying or fabricating evidence.
What about the shoe?
Let's debunk some misinformation.
- The accuser is not the girl in all the crazy Discord screenshots shit-talking Chris. That's Mika. (She is also not Chris' ex veronicaandjelly.)
- People believed the shoe in the background of the images was not released until after the images were taken, but this was proven false.
- A cropped screenshot is floating around of the accuser saying her ex didn't have sex with her. The full screenshot shows that she is not talking about Chris here, but a different ex.
- The accuser did not explicitly accuse Chris of grooming other minors. She said she has reason to believe he's treated other women badly, but when talking about grooming, she only said she worries about the possibility.
- There was speculation that Chris never used the username in the Snapchat screenshot, but it was used by him on his old website.
It's unfair to everyone involved to push misinformation. It doesn't help Chris, it doesn't help the accuser, and it doesn't help the communities involved.
Where do we go from here?
So far, Chris has not publicly responded, and there's a chance he never will.
YouTuber Nikandros has indicated that he will be helping the accuser moving forward because, until he got involved, she wasn't familiar with what people typically expect from an accuser. They will apparently be releasing more substantial and concrete evidence sometime in the near future, without involvement from Mika or the schizo guy.
The accuser has deleted all of her accounts and posts after Chris sent her a cease and desist letter. Chris also seemingly sent a letter to YouTuber Nikandros, who was promising to publish more substantial and concrete evidence from the accuser.

Guilty and innocent parties send C&D letters on a regular basis, and guilty and innocent parties who receive these letters can choose to C&D or keep fighting for a variety of reasons, including the cost of legal representation.
